Texas Grass Fed Beef- Organic

Please bear with us as we grow our herd.  We have a very small herd at this stage and therefore, beef is limited.  I update the website as soon as it becomes available but it sells out very quickly.  So, check back frequently for updates and be sure to subscribe to our emails as those are the first to know about restocked items. 

We raise mini Hereford cows and run them with an Aberdeen Angus bull.  This creates a smaller framed cow that is super efficient at turning grass to beef with remarkable tenderness and superior flavor. Some of the best local grass fed beef in Texas!

All of our beef is dry aged a minimum of 21 days.

All beef is certified organic, grass fed, and finished.

We offer single cuts, as well as sides of beef for sale in an 1/4 share and 
1/2 share. Please see pricing below.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT SHIP OUR BEEF OUT OF THE STATE OF TEXAS.

Our beef is state inspected instead of USDA and therefore, cannot be shipped out of state. Sorry for the inconvenience.
