We raise heritage breed hogs, Large Blacks, Red Wattle, and Berkshire crosses.  They are known for their dark color of meat and bacon is their specialty.  They are raised on pasture 100% of the time and only supplemented with soy free, corn free, organic feed.

Currently, we are the ONLY certified organic, pasture raised pork operation in Texas!!

WE ARE NOW SHIPPING PORK BEYOND TEXAS!!  HOWEVER, MEAT SHIPPED OUT OF STATE WILL NOT HAVE THE ORGANIC LABEL ON IT DUE TO THERE NOT BEING ANY CERT. ORGANIC USDA PROCESSORS IN THE STATE. BUT DON'T WORRY, ALL OF OUR HOGS ARE RAISED UNDER THE STRICT STANDARDS OF THE USDA ORGANIC PROGRAM AND GRAZED ON THE HIGHEST GRADE CERTIFIED ORGANIC PASTURE, SO MEAT QUALITY IS NEVER COMPROMISED!
