1/4 Beef- Organic, Pasture Raised and Finished

Our Quarter Organic Grass Fed Steer provides you with the best of both worlds - organic grass fed and finished steer for your table. The animal is raised in open pastures, fed and finished with certified organic grass. It is a great source of high-quality protein, vitamins and minerals. Enjoy the distinct flavor of organic grass fed beef, knowing you are providing your family with a healthy and sustainable meal.

1/4 of an organic steer. $8.50/lb., approximately 125 lbs. of meat. The breakdown is about 50% ground, 30% roasts, and 20% steaks. We use a predetermined cut sheet. You can choose primal ground beef, regular, or some of both for this order. This is the most economical way to purchase meat. 

You will need about 6 cubic feet of freezer space for 1/4 beef.

$500 deposit required with balance due upon delivery. Approximate total for 1/4 beef is 8.50 x 125= $1,063. Processing, cut and wrap is included in total.  Shipping rates are currently $250(not included in total) for non-local customers.
